Bio-energy

Large-scale production of energy from biomass is relatively new. The expectations for the extraction of sustainable energy from biomass are very high. The Dutch government also sees bio-energie, together with windenergie, as the best option for sustainable energy in the near future. For the Raedthuys Group the development of bio-energy projects is thus a logical next stage in addition to wind energy projects.

Bio-energy is created by fermentation or incineration of organic matter. The process requires exact and solid know-how in the areas of project development, logistics, trade in biomass, technology, microbiology and chemistry. These are conditions for successful bio-energy projects. The team at Raedthuys Bio-energie has the required know-how and expertise available. The first bio-energy projects of the Raedthuys Group are already at the preparation stage.
