Raedthuys Energie

Raedthuys Energie trades in renewable electricity. It purchases electricity and the certificates of origin (‘groencertficaten’) from the renewable energy projects initiated by Raedthuys. With these certificates of origin it can be proven that the energy supplied has been produced in a sustainable manner in the Netherlands. In this way the buyers are assured that the energy has been produced in an environmental friendly way.

Raedthuys Energie offers the electricity on the energy markets, such as APX, and the certificates of origin are supplied to the end users. Meanwhile, various Dutch municipalities are ‘greening’ their electricity consumption in this manner.
