De Griete Wind Park

The De Griete wind park started operation in 2007 with 2 modern 800 kW Enercon turbines. Previously, for years two wind turbines of approximately the same size had been producing their sustainable kilowatt-hours at exactly the same locations. Application of state-of-the-art technology increased the energy production by no less than 50%.

Annual production: 3,677,000 kWh, equivalent to the energy consumption of 1,080 households
